ROSEVILLE, MI: Proform enters the truck-accessory market with an innovative new product: The Tuff Hook Secure Cargo System. This setup provides a flexible and reliable way to safely transport powersports toys and other bulky items in the bed of any pickup.
The Tuff Hook's flexibility comes from a telescoping bar that allows its main tie-down assembly to span the width of any pickup bed, protecting the box's front rail in the process. (The Tuff Hook can even be mounted behind toolboxes.) Included L-shaped set-screws conveniently let the system be sized by hand. Thick 1/4-inch steel side plates then secure the Tuff Hook to the truck's bed with three bolts per side; each plate has three eyelets that serve as convenient tie-down locations.
The Tuff Hook system offers several accessories. Popular ones include a quick-release bicycle mount and motorcycle wheel chocks (available in two sizes). Adjustable anchor eyelets are also available. Main components are finished in gray hammer-tone powerdercoat for a rugged appearance and long-term rust-resistance.
