VAN NUYS, CA – Performance Products® Exclusive line of proprietary products now includes cat-back exhaust systems for late-model Toyota® trucks and SUVs. Made entirely of T-304 stainless steel, these muffler/tailpipe combos resist rust and corrosion from engine condensation, mud, slush and winter road salts. Exhaust pipes are made of 2.5-inch, 16-gauge steel, and mandrel bends throughout each system optimize exhaust flow. In fact, testing has shown that these kits produce up to a 16% increase in peak torque.
Performance Products® exhaust systems also improve fuel economy thanks to their low-restriction mufflers. Each absorption-style muffler is constructed with a straight-through, one-piece tube that has double-shell welded ends for durability. A powerful yet unobtrusive sound is emitted. Performance Products® systems end stylishly with tips that are chrome-plated for long-lasting good looks—no yellowing or tarnishing. All kits include welded-on hangers, and purely bolt-on installation utilizes the original hanger points. Systems are 50-state smog legal.
