LAKEWOOD, NJ Ė From the factory Corvette C5R victories at Le Mans, Daytona and Sebring, to a dragstrip near you, Chevyís LS1 and LS6 engines have been dominating the competition with JESELís new Pro Series MoHawk Shaft Rocker Systems. Designed to be lighter, stiffer and stronger than traditional top slot-style rockers, JESELís MoHawks allow engines to rev higher without increasing valvespring pressure. The MoHawks feature a computer-designed super-rigid center beam rocker body profile-machined out of 7086 alloy aluminum. They are available with JESELís unique, new J-Ball adjuster that moves the cup to the pushrod increasing the amount of adjuster thread and critical strap area under the shaft. These innovative features make JESELís MoHawks lighter, and more durable. All Pro Series MoHawks are equipped with Torrington shaft needle bearings, tool steel lash adjusters, ARP 12-point hardware, 1/4-inch needle bearing nose rollers, billet steel stands with height checker and shims, adjustable pushrod length checker and a shotpeened surface finish. JESEL MoHawk Shaft Rockers are available in a full range of rocker ratios.
